Dynamic Discs Acquired By Parent Company of Latitude 64

On March 8th 2023, Dynamic Discs announces that it will join Latitude 64 under the House of Discs company.

Dynamic Discs, Westside Discs, and Latitude 64 are now all under the same umbrella with the recent acquisition news.

With the join buyout of the disc golf brand West Side Discs in 2017, it seems that the partnership between Latitude and Dynamic Discs was becoming more and more apparent.

As Latitude 64 and Dynamic Discs shared resources and expertise over the years, the merger reduces the confusion as the companies now fall under 1 roof. David Berglund, a co-founder and CEO of Latitude 64, is the current CEO of House of Discs.

Though we are not likely to see a major change right away to the company of Dynamic Discs, there is always changes that occur after acquisitions. For now, Dynamic Discs, Westside Discs, and Latitude 64 will continue to produce under their own brand names, just with the financial backing of the parent company House of Discs and under the guidance of David Berglund.

In the press release from Dynamic Discs when asked if Dynamic will remain it’s own brand: “Yes, Dynamic Discs and all of the brands under the House of Discs umbrella will remain. The House of Discs could be compared to the Mars, Inc. candy company, which owns and promotes various brands, including M&M's, Snickers, and Twix”

For now, the 3 brands just got a bump in their purchasing power and we could be hearing much more about this in the coming months and years.
